Iron City City, Lawrence and Wayne counties, Tennessee is a city located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. Iron City City had an official population of 368 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 378, making it Tennessee's 45th smallest. The city encompasses an area of 0.92 square miles (2.38 kmē), making it the 37th smallest by size in Tennessee.
