Iowa Town, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2663 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 2620, making it Louisiana's 158th largest. The town spans an area of 3.11 sq mi (8.05 kmē), of which, 3.09 square miles (8 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 195th largest by total area in Louisiana.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2663 people, 400 households, and 290 families living in the town.
