Iona City is a one of the Bonneville County, Idaho, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. It is home to over 1201 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1331, making it the 72nd most populous in Idaho. The city encompasses an area of 0.79 sq mi (2.05 sq km), it is the 108th largest by area in the U.S. state of Idaho.
