Indiana County is a county located in the United States of Pennsylvania. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Indiana County is home to 89605 inhabitants. The county's estimated population as of July 2008 was 87479, It is 35th most populous county in Pennsylvania. It covers total area of 834.29 square miles (2160.8 kmē), of which, 829.27 square miles (2147.8 kmē) of it is land and 5.02 square miles (13 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 21st largest by total area among Pennsylvania's county.

For every 100 males there were 106.4 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 110.3 females. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 87479, The racial makeup of the county was 84361 White, 1619 Black or African American, 95 American Indian, 877 Asian, 8 Native Hawaiian, and 519 from two or more races.
