Indian Lake Town, Cameron County, Texas is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of the town was 541 as per the 2000 census data. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 559, making it the 384th least populous in Texas. The town comprises an area of 0.26 sq mi (0.67 sq km), of which, 0.21 square miles (0.54 sq km) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 38th smallest by total area among Texas.
