Indian Lake Borough is a borough in the Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of 2000 the population was 450. In July 2008, its estimated population was 458, It is 272nd least populous in Pennsylvania. It covers total area of 4.46 square miles (11.55 square kilometre), of which, 3.69 square miles (9.56 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.77 square miles (1.99 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 129th largest by size in Pennsylvania. It is ranks 13 in the size of its inland waterways in Pennsylvania.

As of the census of 2000, there were 450 people, 206 households, and 146 families living in the borough. The population density was 122 people per square mile (47.1/kmē), making its Pennsylvania's 32nd least densely populated borough.
