The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 2931, It is 549th most populous in Florida. It has total area of 1.24 miē (3.21 kmē), of which, 1.04 square miles (2.69 kmē) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 kmē) of it is water, it is the 182nd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Florida.
