Independence City, Cuyahoga County, Ohio is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 7109 as per the 2000 census data. It covers total area of 9.59 square miles (24.84 sq km), giving it the 100th largest by total area among Ohio.
