Idaho Falls City, Idaho is a city of the Bonneville County, Idaho, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Idaho Falls City is home to 50730 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 54334, giving it the fourth largest population among Idaho. It is spread over 17.36 mi˛ (44.96 sq km), of which, 17.07 square miles (44.21 sq km ) of it is land and 0.29 square miles (0.75 sq km) of it is water, makes it the sixth largest by total area in Idaho. It is ranks seventh in the size of its inland waterways in Idaho.
