Hyde Park City, Cache County, Utah is a city located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2955 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 3927, It is the 99th largest by population in the U.S. state of Utah. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.2 square miles (8.29 square kilometre), making it the 175th largest by size in Utah.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2955 people in the city, organized into 763 households, and 678 families residing in the city. The population density was 923.5 people per square mile (356.57/kmē), making its Utah's 100th most densely populated city. There were 779 housing units at an average density of 243.4 per square mile (93.98/kmē). The average household size was 3.87 people, and the average family size was 4.18 people. In the city the population was spread out, with 40.3% under the age of 18, 11.5% from 18 to 24, 25.1% from 25 to 44, 17.5% from 45 to 64, and 5.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 101.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.2 males. The median age was 23.5 years, the median age of male residents at 22 and the median age of female residents at 25.2. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 98% White, 0.14% Black or African American, 0.07% American Indian, 0.37% Asian, 0.1% Native Hawaiian, 0.85% from two or more races and 0.47% Other races.
