Hutchinson City is one of the city of McLeod County, Minnesota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 13080 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 13913, It is the 68th largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. It is spread over 7.82 sq mi (20.25 kmē), of which, 7.42 square miles (19.22 kmē ) of it is land and 0.4 square miles (1.04 kmē) of it is water, it is the 119th largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
