Huntingdon Borough is a borough in the Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, borough's population was 6918 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 6759, making it the 185th most populous in Pennsylvania. It is spread over 3.53 sq mi (9.14 square kilometre), of which, 3.45 square miles (8.94 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 175th largest by total area in Pennsylvania.

The population's age distribution was 18.5% under the age of 18, 22.5% from 18 to 24, 22.8% from 25 to 44, 18.8% from 45 to 64, and 17.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 84.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 80 males. The median age is 32.7 years, the median age of male residents at 30 and the median age of female residents at 35.9. The racial or ethnic makeup of the borough was 96.4% White, 1.4% Black or African American, 0.17% American Indian, 0.61% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 1.11% from two or more races and 0.3% Other races.
