Hudson City, Black Hawk County, Iowa is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2117 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2186, It is the 152nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Iowa. The city comprises an area of 7.71 sq mi (19.97 kmē), of which, 7.7 square miles (19.94 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 42nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
