Howard Lake City, Wright County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 1853 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1987, It is 249th most populous in Minnesota. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.59 mi˛ (4.12 square kilometre ), of which, 1.32 square miles (3.42 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.27 square miles (0.7 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 361st largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
