Hot Springs Town is a United States town located in the Madison County, North Carolina, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Hot Springs Town is home to 645 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 638, It is the 190th smallest in terms of population. It covers total area of 3.46 mi˛ (8.96 sq km), of which, 3.15 square miles (8.16 sq km) of it is land and 0.31 square miles (0.8 sq km) of it is water, it is the 250th largest by area in the U.S. state of North Carolina.
