Hopewell Borough is a borough located in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 222 inhabitants. The borough has a total area of 0.12 mi˛ (0.31 sq km), giving it the 43rd smallest by total area among Pennsylvania.
