Hop Bottom Borough is a borough located in the Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, borough's population was 333 inhabitants. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 304, It is the 199th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It is spread over 0.6 square miles (1.55 sq km), making it the 402nd smallest by size in Pennsylvania.
