Holly Springs Town is a one of the Wake County, North Carolina, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 9192. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 20870, giving it the 75th largest population among North Carolina. The town extends throughout a territory of 7.49 square miles (19.4 square kilometre ), makes it the 110th largest by total area in North Carolina.

As of the census of 2000, there were 9192 people in the town, organized into 3316 households, and 2609 families living in the town. The population density was 1227.6 people per square mile (473.98/kmē), it is 129th most densely populated town in North Carolina.
