Hohenwald City is a city located in Lewis County, Tennessee, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 3754. Its population was estimated at 3805 in July 2008, It is the 119th largest by population in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It covers total area of 4.36 mi˛ (11.29 sq km), it is the 191st largest by area in the U.S. state of Tennessee.
