Hoffman Estates Village is a United States city located in the Cook and Kane counties, Illinois, United States. It is home to over 49495 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 53641, It is the 27th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 19.87 square miles (51.46 kmē), of which, 19.71 square miles (51.05 kmē ) of it is land and 0.16 square miles (0.41 kmē) of it is water, making it the 16th largest by size in Illinois.
