Hitterdal City is a United States city located in the Clay County, Minnesota, United States. It is home to over 201 people (2000 census). The city spans an area of 0.88 sq mi (2.28 kmē), of which, 0.81 square miles (2.1 kmē) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 570th largest by total area in Minnesota.
