Hilltop City is one of the city of Anoka County, Minnesota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 766 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 683, making it the 388th most populous in Minnesota. It has total area of 0.13 square miles (0.34 sq km), makes it the 15th smallest by total area in Minnesota.
