Hillsdale Borough is a borough in the Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 10087 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 9848, It is the 168th most populous in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Its area is just over 2.99 sq mi (7.74 sq km), giving it the 189th largest by total area among New Jersey.
