Hillsboro City is a city located in Washington County, Oregon, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The city has a population of 70186 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 93638, It is the sixth most populous in the U.S. state of Oregon. Its area is just over 21.58 square miles (55.89 kmē), of which, 21.57 square miles (55.87 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the tenth largest in terms of geographical size.
