Hilliard City, Franklin County, Ohio is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 24230 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 27901, It is the 60th largest by population in the U.S. state of Ohio. The city comprises an area of 11.14 sq mi (28.85 square kilometre), giving it the 77th largest by total area among Ohio.
