Highland Heights City is a city in the Campbell County, Kentucky, United States. In 2000, the population was 6554. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 5720, giving it the 69th largest population among Kentucky. The city has a total area of 2.27 miē (5.88 kmē), it is the 168th largest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
