Highland City is a city located in the Utah County, Utah, United States. It is home to over 8172 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 16189 in July 2008, making it the 52nd most populous in Utah. The city has a total area of 6.96 square miles (18.03 kmē), it is the 103rd largest in terms of geographical size.
