Highland City is a city located in San Bernardino County, California, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 44605 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 51096, It is the 170th largest by population in the U.S. state of California. The city spans an area of 13.8 mi˛ (35.74 square kilometre), of which, 13.63 square miles (35.3 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 241st largest by area in the U.S. state of California.
