Highfill Town is a one of the Benton County, Arkansas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 379 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 775, It is the 335th largest by population in the U.S. state of Arkansas. Its area is just over 11.32 mi˛ (29.32 square kilometre), giving it the 39th largest by total area among Arkansas.
