Hickory Hill City is a city located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 144. In July 2008, its estimated population was 158, It is the 16th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The city has a total area of 0.03 mi˛ (0.08 square kilometre), makes it the fifth smallest by total area in Kentucky.
