Hi-nella Borough is a borough located in Camden County, New Jersey, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1029 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 998, It is the 30th least populous in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Its area is just over 0.23 mi˛ (0.6 square kilometre), it is the sixth smallest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 1029 residents, 457 households, and 284 families in the borough. The population density was 4536.9 people per square mile (1751.71/km˛), it would be the 136th most densely populated borough in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
