Heyburn City is a city located in the Minidoka County, Idaho, United States. The population of the city was 2899 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 2696, giving it the 46th largest population among Idaho. It has total area of 1.92 mi˛ (4.97 sq km), it is the 54th largest by area in the U.S. state of Idaho.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2899 residents, 1002 households, and 788 families in the city.
