Henry County, Illinois is a county of the United States of Illinois. In 2000, the population was 51020. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the county is 49569, It is the 30th most populous county in the U.S. state of Illinois. The county has a total area of 825.6 square miles (2138.29 kmē), of which, 823.21 square miles (2132.1 kmē) of it is land and 2.38 square miles (6.16 kmē) of it is water, it is the 16th largest by area in the U.S. state of Illinois.
