Henry County is one of the 159 county of Georgia, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of the county was 119341 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 191502, making it Georgia's ninth largest county. Its area is just over 324.48 sq mi (840.4 sq km), of which, 322.71 square miles (835.82 sq km) of it is land and 1.77 square miles (4.58 sq km) of it is water, it is the 93rd largest in terms of geographical size.

For every 100 females there were 97.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.8 males.
