Henrietta City is a city in the Clay County, Texas, United States. The city has a population of 3264 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 3213, It is the 469th most populous in the U.S. state of Texas. The city encompasses an area of 4.75 square miles (12.3 kmē ), of which, 4.7 square miles (12.17 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, it is the 441st largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 3264 residents, 1308 households, and 893 families in the city. The population density was 694.8 people per square mile (268.26/kmē), giving it the 832nd most densely populated city among the Texas. There were 1460 housing units at an average density of 310.6 per square mile (119.92/kmē). The average household size was 2.43 and the average family size was 3.01.
