Henderson Town is a United States town located in the Mason County, West Virginia, United States. In 2000, the population was 325. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 309, making it the 44th least populous in West Virginia. The town extends throughout a territory of 0.48 square miles (1.24 sq km ), of which, 0.44 square miles (1.14 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 66th smallest by total area among West Virginia.
