Henderson City is a city in the York County, Nebraska, United States. In 2000, city's population was 986 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 977, giving it the 121st largest population among Nebraska. The city has a total area of 0.55 square miles (1.42 sq km), it is the 196th largest by area in the U.S. state of Nebraska.
