Helena Town is a one of the Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 443. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 1424, making it Oklahoma's 369th largest. The town comprises an area of 0.37 sq mi (0.96 sq km), it is the 149th smallest in terms of geographical size.
