Helena City is a city located in the Phillips County, Arkansas, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 6323 as per the Census data. It is the 52nd most populous in the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city comprises an area of 8.9 square miles (23.05 square kilometre), making it Arkansas's 53rd largest by total area.
