Healdton City is a United States city located in the Carter County, Oklahoma, United States. Healdton City had an official population of 2786 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2782, making it Oklahoma's 114th largest. It covers total area of 14.38 mi˛ (37.24 square kilometre), of which, 14.11 square miles (36.54 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.27 square miles (0.7 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 75th largest by size in Oklahoma.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 2786 residents, 1132 households, and 776 families in the city. The population density was 197.4 people per square mile (76.22/km˛), making it the 192nd least densely populated city in Oklahoma. The median age was 39.8 years, the median age of male residents at 38.9 and the median age of female residents at 41. The racial makeup of the city was 87.08% White, 0.93% Black or African American, 7.47% American Indian, 0.11% Asian, 0.04% Native Hawaiian, 3.52% from two or more races and 0.86% Other races.
