Hazen City is a city in the Prairie County, Arkansas, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Hazen City is home to 1637 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1459, making it the 155th most populous in Arkansas. It covers total area of 3.66 square miles (9.48 sq km), it is the 143rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
