Havre De Grace City is a city located in Harford County, Maryland, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. Havre De Grace City had an official population of 11331 in 2000. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 13085, giving it the 106th largest population among Maryland. The city has a total area of 5.39 miē (13.96 kmē), of which, 4.03 square miles (10.44 kmē) of it is land and 1.36 square miles (3.52 kmē) of it is water, it is the 128th largest by area in the U.S. state of Maryland.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 11331 people, 4557 households, and 2869 families living in the city. The population density was 2815.1 people per square mile (1086.92/kmē), it is the 109th most populated city in terms of population density.
