Havana City is a city located in Yell County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. It is home to over 392 people (2000 census). According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 404, It is the 329th most populous in the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.48 square miles (1.24 kmē ), making it Arkansas's 85th smallest by total area.

The population density was 822 people per square mile (317.38/kmē), it is the 139th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
