Harvey Cedars Borough, Ocean County, New Jersey is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 359. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 393, It is the eighth smallest in terms of population. It is spread over 1.19 sq mi (3.08 sq km), of which, 0.55 square miles (1.42 sq km ) of it is land and 0.65 square miles (1.68 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 107th smallest by total area among New Jersey.
