Hartshorne City is a United States city located in the Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 2102 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2079, It is Oklahoma's 142nd largest by population . The city spans an area of 3.61 miē (9.35 kmē), of which, 3.48 square miles (9.01 kmē) of it is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 kmē) of it is water, it is the 222nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
