Harrisville Village is a United States city located in the Lewis County, New York, United States. As of 2000 the population was 653. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 596, making it the 157th least populous in New York. It covers total area of 0.8 mi˛ (2.07 square kilometre), of which, 0.77 square miles (1.99 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 163rd smallest by size in New York.

As of the census of 2000, there were 653 people in the city, organized into 266 households, and 173 families residing in the city. The population density was 849.6 people per square mile (328.03/km˛), making its New York's 323rd least densely populated city. There were 299 housing units at an average density of 388.3 per square mile (149.92/km˛). The average household size was 2.45 persons, and the average family size was 3.06 persons. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 25.1% under the age of 18, 9.5% from 18 to 24, 25% from 25 to 44, 24.3% from 45 to 64, and 16.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 86.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 89.5 males. The median age of the city's population was 39.8 years, the median age of male residents at 39.3 and the median age of female residents at 40. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 646 White, Black or African American, 1 American Indian, 2 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 4 from two or more races and Ohter races.
