Harrison City is a United States city located in the Kootenai County, Idaho, United States. The population of the city was 267 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 284, It is the 48th least populous in the U.S. state of Idaho. The city comprises an area of 0.48 mi˛ (1.24 sq km), of which, 0.41 square miles (1.06 sq km) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 sq km) of it is water, making it Idaho's 64th smallest by total area. It is ranks 18 in the size of its inland waterways in Idaho.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 267 people, 124 households, and 78 families living in the city. The population density was 646.4 people per square mile (249.58/km˛), making its Idaho's 53rd least densely populated city. There were 157 housing units at an average density of 382.9 per square mile (147.84/km˛). The average household size was 2.15 and the average family size was 2.71.
