Harrison City is a city located in Boone County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The city has a population of 12152 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 13200, making it the 27th most populous in Arkansas. It covers total area of 10.23 square miles (26.5 kmē), giving it the 46th largest by total area among Arkansas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 12152 people, 5259 households, and 3262 families residing in the city. The population density was 1187.5 people per square mile (458.5/kmē), it is Arkansas's 54th most densely populated city.
