Harper City, Keokuk County, Iowa is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Harper City is home to 134 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 114, It is the 145th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Iowa. The city comprises an area of 0.09 square miles (0.23 sq km), makes it the 19th smallest by total area in Iowa.
