Hardin County, Kentucky is a county of the United States of Kentucky. As per the 2000 census, county has a population of 94174 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 98546 in July 2008, It is the sixth largest county by population in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The county spans an area of 629.86 sq mi (1631.33 kmē), of which, 627.98 square miles (1626.46 kmē) of it is land and 1.88 square miles (4.87 kmē) of it is water, it is the fourth largest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
